TOKYO: A delegation from the Ministry of Interior visited a Civil Defence centre in Tokyo and was briefed the Japanese experience in firefighting and rescue operations as well as accident command and response speed in addition to the latest equipment and the best practices used in dealing with accidents and firefighting management.
Major General Jassem Mohammad Al Marzouqi, General Commander of Civil Defense at the Ministry of Interior, led the ministry’s delegation to Tokyo.
The delegation’s visit aims to enhance cooperation, coordination and global partnerships in the fields of civil defence between the UAE and Japan.
