Mohammad Bin Rashid visits Masdar City to review investment projects and future plans
UAE Vice-President and accompanying delegation toured various facilities and departments
ABU DHABI: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has visited the headquarters of Abu Dhabi’s renewable energy company, Masdar, in the capital.
During his visit on Monday, Shaikh Mohammad was accompanied by Shaikh Maktoum Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Shaikh Ahmad Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Dr Sultan Bin Ahmad Sultan Al Jaber, Minister of State and Chairman of Masdar, Mohammad Ebrahim Al Shaibani, Director-General of the Ruler’s Court of Dubai, and Khalifa Saeed Suleiman, Director-General of Dubai’s Department of Protocol and Hospitality.
Shaikh Mohammad and his accompanying delegation toured Masdar city’s various facilities and departments, beginning with an inspection of a large-scale model of Masdar City, which, after completion, is estimated to be going to cover a total area of about six square kilometres.
