Dubai: President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan issued yesterday (Tuesday) Federal Decree No 158 of 2016 appointing Dr Hamad Saif Mohammad Musallam Al Shamsi Attorney-General.
Shaikh Khalifa also issued Federal Decree No 157 of 2016 retiring Attorney-General Salem Saeed Salem Kubaish who reached retirement age. The second articles of the decrees stipulate that the decisions will come into effect from the date of their issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
