Abu Dhabi: The Emirates Identity Authority has reopened its seven customer services centres attached to Preventive Medicine Centres. The centres were temporarily closed in November last year for renovation, in order to enhance the standards and quality of services and ensuring higher levels of customer satisfaction.

The centres were closed for renovation in line with the standards of the UAE Programme for Excellent Government Service, and with the aim of reaching ‘seven star’ standards in customer service, thereby turning them into smart centres. The centres that have now been reopened are located in Al Ghubaiba and Al Nassiriya in Sharjah, as well as centres in Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, Al Jazeerah Club in Abu Dhabi and Al Muhaisnah in Dubai, a statement from the authority said.
