Dubai jail inmates help build 6 quadbikes
Six all-terrain vehicles were built with the help of Dubai inmates as part of initiative to boost their skills
Dubai: Inmates here helped in building six quad-bikes as part of an initiative to help them learn new skills that will assist them in the future after serving their time in jail.
The quad-bike is the first Emirati vehicle built in the UAE by Mohammad Omar Al Majid group.
The group manufactured 500 vehicles, six of which were built by inmates in Dubai Central Jail.
The quad-bikes have a four-cylinder 110-horsepower engine.
They are fitted with the required safety equipment, designed for offroading and for navigating the desert.
