Dubai: Dar Al Ber Society (DABS), which is committed to the service of the Holy Quran, has reopened the Nad Al Hamar Quran Study Centre, Dubai, after giving it a thorough facelift.

Abdullah Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, executive director of Dar Al Ber, said the renovated centre will provide an array of services to female Quran memorisers.

“The centre comes under the ‘Ber Project for Quran Memorisation’ for women, and that is run by the Women’s Affairs Sector in Dar Al Ber Society,” he said.

The Nad Al Hamar centre is well known for its exceptional Quran memorisers and the large number of Quran courses and other activities it organises all year round, he added.

The reopening ceremony started with a recitation of the Holy Quran by one of the young memorisers, followed by a presentation on the achievements, sections and facilities of the centre since its inception in 2010.
