Community members taught to reuse waste

Abu Dhabi: A workshop that created awareness about the reuse of waste was recently organised in the capital for housewives and students by The Centre of Waste Management – Abu Dhabi (Tadweer).

In a statement, Tadweer said that the workshop aimed to encourage the community to adopt environmentally friendly habits.

Bahraini artist Nouf Al Rafaei trained participants to repurpose used furniture using their creativity, with the purpose of instilling the concept of reusing and recycling among community members.
