Ajman: His Highness Shaikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, yesterday conferred the First Ajman Order of Honour on General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, in recognition of his efforts in serving the UAE and its citizens.
Shaikh Humaid bestowed the order on Shaikh Mohammad as he received him yesterday at the Ruler’s Court in Ajman, in the presence of Shaikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman.
Shaikh Humaid praised Shaikh Mohammad’s contributions and national initiatives to raise the status of the nation and service to UAE citizens and their national issues, which contributed to enhancing national loyalty and solidarity.
Shaikh Humaid pointed out that Shaikh Mohammad’s initiatives are in line with the directives of President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Shaikh Mohammad thanked Shaikh Humaid for his generous gesture. “We all work in the service of the nation under the leadership of Shaikh Khalifa, and with the support of Their Highnesses The Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates,” said Shaikh Mohammad.
Shaikh Humaid and Shaikh Mohammad also discussed a number of topics that concern the UAE and its citizens in view of Shaikh Khalifa’s keenness to closely follow up on national affairs, and launch initiatives and projects that aim to improve services and the living standards of citizens.
Also present were Lt Gen Shaikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Shaikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister, and other Shaikhs and senior officials.
