Fujairah hosts meet on lifestyle

The Fujairah Social and Cultural Association recently held a seminar on the impact of the Holy Quran in changing lifestyles.

Dr Ali Al Hammadi, Director of the Creative Thinking Centre in Sharjah, said: "The Holy Quran, being the original constitution of Muslims all over the world, was created to urge people to change their old way of life and adopt a better life that gave them respect, honour and dignity."

Mohammed Al Arabi was once one of the most famous movie and TV stars in the Arab world.

"I have passed through three stations which helped me change my life and career. I am glad that I let myself change as my life now is more enjoyable than my previous life as a celebrity," said Al Arabi.

The first station was his famous role in Al Risala, or The Message, in which he played Ammar bin Yaser, one of the first companions of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH).
