Dubai: This Eid Al Adha, the Museum of the Future, Dubai, is inviting families on a journey into the future, quite literally. To mark the festive occasion, the museum is offering a series of new experiences that blend innovation, exploration, and entertainment, all designed to spark curiosity and creativity among visitors of all ages.

Spend Eid Al Adha in Space

A must-try is a simulated space mission aboard the orbiting OSS Hope. This immersive exhibit lets visitors imagine what Eid might feel like in space by the year 2071. It showcases advanced space technologies and offers a glimpse into Dubai’s ambitious space exploration goals.

Interact with a humanoid robot

Guests can also meet Ameca, the world’s most advanced humanoid robot. Equipped with multilingual AI, Ameca can hold real-time conversations in over five languages, including Arabic, Chinese, Hindi, and English. Visitors can snap photos or record videos of their interactions.

Explore Al Waha and Earth Dreams

For a more serene experience, Al Waha offers sensory activities that promote mindfulness and relaxation. Nearby, the Earth Dreams exhibition by acclaimed media artist Refik Anadol uses AI and atmospheric data to create stunning visuals that explore the intersection of nature, memory, and technology.

Discover the Vivarium: Future ecosystems

The museum’s newest addition, The Vivarium, showcases a living ecosystem with genetically modified plants, insects, and microorganisms. Guests can control environmental factors like temperature and humidity, observing how these life forms adapt in real time.

Future Heroes: Fun and learning for children

Children can dive into Future Heroes, a dedicated floor featuring hands-on activities that build problem-solving, collaboration, and creativity in a fun and safe environment.

As families explore the museum’s iconic architecture and future-forward exhibits, they’re encouraged to capture their Eid memories in one of Dubai’s most visually stunning venues. With its unique blend of science, art, and imagination, the museum offers a truly unforgettable Eid experience on Earth and beyond.
