NEET UG 2025 results and answer key now available online
Dubai: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced the NEET UG 2025 results along with the final answer key. Candidates who appeared for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) can now access their results and download the answer key from the official website: neet.nta.nic.in.
The entrance exam was held on May 4, 2025, for approximately 2.27 million candidates across 4,750 centres in 557 cities in India and 14 centres abroad.
Candidates are strongly advised to download and securely save their scorecards, as these will be required during the admission and counselling stages.
Candidates who meet the qualifying criteria will be eligible for centralised counselling for MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, and other undergraduate medical and dental courses. Qualified students can participate in:
All India Quota (AIQ) counselling conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC)
State-level counselling organised by individual states
To be eligible for counselling, candidates must achieve the minimum qualifying percentile set by the NTA. For reference, the cut-offs in NEET UG 2024 were:
General category: 50th percentile
OBC/SC/ST categories: 40th percentile
General-PwD category: 45th percentile
These percentiles are calculated based on the highest score in the exam, so actual cut-off marks vary each year.
Candidates should regularly monitor the official NEET website for counselling schedules, seat allotment details, and further updates.
