The Grand Dubai Summer Surprises Raffles has announced the second winner of the draw, who will drive home a BMW 740Li and Dh100,000 in cash.
The draw, which was aired live on Sama, a Dubai TV channel, was attended by officials from the Dubai Summer Surprises Office, as Sunil Hiranandani, a British national, emerged the winner.
"I need someone to pinch me, because it feels like a dream. It truly feels great," Hiranandani said, after finding out he was the winner.
As for what he will do with his prizes, Hiranandani said he plans to give the cash prize to a friend who helped him invest in the raffle and he will give the new car to a family member of his wife.
The Grand Dubai Summer Surprises Raffles is offering the chance to win 10 BMW cars and cash prizes of Dh1 million, with a purchase of a Dh200 ticket at 45 locations including Emarat petrol stations and selected malls.
