Dhow in the making

A carpenter making a traditional racing boat yesterday gets instructions from its owner, Rashid Saeed Mohammad Al Rumaithi.

The dhow is being constructed at the Buteen boat yard in Abu Dhabi. Al Rumaithi said he plans to use the boat during the forthcoming traditional National Day races in the capital.
