Deadline for entries for Government Communication Award extended

Sharjah: The Sharjah Media Centre has extended the deadline for the submission of entries to the 2014 Sharjah Government Communication Award to November 16.

The deadline was extended to allow more federal and local government entities to submit their entries for the award.

Osama Samra, Director of the Sharjah Media Centre, said: “We are impressed with the number of submissions we have received to date for the 2014 Sharjah Government Communication Award. However, we have a number of potential participants requesting additional time to complete the application procedures and seeking permission to run for more than one category.”
