Beauty queen brightens UAE children's lives

Abu Dhabi: Tatana Kucharova, Miss World 2006, is eager to come back to the UAE after receiving a warm welcome from children at the Abu Dhabi Future Centre for Special Needs on Monday.

Youngsters from different age groups were anxiously waiting for the beauty queen.

"Part of my job as Miss World is to raise funds for children in need. However, I realised that the exchange of warmth is more rewarding. One smile from the kids makes a difference for me and I intend on coming back just to see the smiles again," said Kucharova.

The 18-year-old beauty queen from Czech Republic intends to stay in the UAE for four days. She is currently on her way to Dubai.
