Abu Dhabi Media Office has announced the launch of the Abu Dhabi Press Club, a strategic initiative to strengthen professional collaboration and knowledge exchange among journalists and media professionals, while fostering partnerships with leading media organizations locally, regionally and internationally.

The club aims to provide an integrated platform that supports the development of Abu Dhabi’s media ecosystem and reinforces the emirate as a global leader in media and creative content production.

Established in line with Abu Dhabi's vision for an innovative media landscape, the club will convey the compelling success stories of the emirate and the UAE to audiences worldwide. It will highlight their pioneering achievements across economic, cultural and developmental spheres, reflecting Abu Dhabi's broader mission to serve as a bridge for cross-cultural and civilisational dialogue.

Abu Dhabi Media Office also announced the appointment of Faisal bin Huraiz as Director of the Abu Dhabi Press Club, in recognition of his more than 20 years of experience, and his contributions to advancing the media and academic landscape across leading local and international platforms.

The Abu Dhabi Press Club will empower media community by providing a dynamic professional environment that encourages creativity and knowledge-sharing. It will also focus on upskilling sector professionals through specialised training programmes and workshops designed to foster the production of quality content that reflects the UAE’s national identity and cultural values.

The club will collaborate with media organisations, research centres, and industry partners to expand the scope of media cooperation, exchange expertise, and host dialogue sessions aimed at developing skills and nurturing talent. It will also contribute to communicating the UAE’s success stories globally through innovative and forward-looking approaches that reflect the latest trends in the media sector.
