Abu Dhabi: More paid parking services have been activated in several new sectors of Abu Dhabi as of Thursday, July 10, Q Mobility has announced.

The newly covered areas include Eastern Mangroves, Dolphin Park, and sectors along Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street, specifically Al Khaleej Al Arabi Park 1, 2, 4, and 5 as well as Al Qurm Plaza.

Q Mobility – a wholly owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi investment and holding company (ADQ), manages, operates and develops Darb, Abu Dhabi’s toll system, and Mawaqif – the emirate’s public parking system.

According to Q Mobility, the rollout follows the completion of infrastructure works in these locations, which included curb painting, the installation of directional signs, and the placement of awareness signage for motorists.

The company said the expansion aligns with its broader strategy to streamline the parking experience, enforce effective public parking regulations, and enhance overall traffic flow.

Motorists are urged to follow the posted instructions and use the Darb app for convenient digital payments.
