Dubai: A new 24/7 paid parking zone has been introduced in Al Khail Gate, according to Parkin, the emirate’s public parking operator. Announced on July 7, the newly designated zone - Zone 365N comes with a flat daily rate of Dh30 and is enforced every day of the week, including Sundays.
The addition of Zone 365N is part of Parkin’s broader efforts to expand regulated public parking across the city.
Variable parking rates apply depending on the time of day. Here’s a breakdown:
Peak Hours Tariff
1 hour: AED 4
2 hours: AED 8
3 hours: AED 12
4 hours: AED 14
5 hours: AED 16
6 hours: AED 18
7 hours: AED 20
8 hours: AED 22
9 hours: AED 24
24 hours: AED 30
Off-Peak Hours Tariff
1 hour: AED 4
2 hours: AED 8
3 hours: AED 10
4 hours: AED 12
5 hours: AED 14
6 hours: AED 16
7 hours: AED 18
8 hours: AED 20
Charging hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In May, Parkin also added new paid parking zones in Mirdif, including:
Zone 251C (on-street)
Zone 251D (off-street)
These zones now follow Dubai’s variable parking tariff system.
The company also rolled out parking subscriptions for several areas, providing a more affordable and convenient option for residents and frequent drivers.
Available subscription plans include:
Silicon Oasis – Zone H: Starting from AED 1,400 for 3 months
Silicon Oasis (Limited Area): From AED 1,000 for 3 months
Dubai Hills: From AED 500 per month
Wasl Real Estate Communities (Zones W and WP): From AED 300 per month
(Includes areas like Karama, Al Qusais, and Al Kifaf)
