Dubai’s public parking operator now offers flexible parking subscription plans for busy residents and frequent parkers. Subscriptions cover key areas and communities, allowing users to avoid fines and daily payments.

Dubai: Parkin, Dubai’s public parking operator, has announced that parking subscriptions are now available across all areas it manages. The update was shared via the company’s social media channels on Monday, May 19.

The parking subscription service offers several benefits, particularly for residents living in densely populated neighbourhoods or individuals who frequently rely on public parking.

With a valid subscription, users no longer need to worry about parking duration limits, fines for overstaying, or making payments every time they park.

Which areas now offer Parkin subscriptions?

Parking subscriptions are now available in the following areas:

Silicon Oasis – Zone H: Starting from Dh1,400 for three months
Silicon Oasis (Limited Area): Starting from Dh1,000 for three months
Dubai Hills: Starting from Dh500 per month
Wasl Real Estate Communities (Zones W and WP, including areas like Karama, Al Qusais, and Al Kifaf): Starting from Dh300 per month

How to apply for a Parkin subscription

To get a Parkin parking subscription, follow these steps:

Visit the Parkin website - parkin.ae/subscription or app and select your desired subscription type, such as Dubai Hills.
Check the map or type in the name of the area where you require a subscription.
Click ‘Apply Now’.
Choose your subscription type and duration – available options include one month, three months, six months, and one year.
Log in using your Parkin account, UAE Pass, or continue as a guest user.
Provide the start and end date, Emirates ID number, date of birth, and mobile number, vehicle details (including plate number, model, and type).
Pay for the subscription online. You will received a payment confirmation via SMS and when it will be activated.

Silicon Oasis – Limited Area

12 Months: AED 2,500

Silicon Oasis – Zone H

Roadside and plots parking subscriptions

Parkin also offers subscriptions for roadside and plot parking, starting from Dh500 per month. These cover areas coded A, B, C, and D across various locations in Dubai.

For plot-only parking, Parkin notes that motorists can save up to 48 per cent by subscribing. These subscriptions provide access to designated parking zones B and D.
