Red Crescent helped 146 families in UAQ

Umm Al Quwain: The Emirates Red Crescent (ERC) helped 146 underprivileged families in Umm Al Quwain with humanitarian assistance worth Dh376,800 in April 2018.

The other aid provided by the branch last month included Dh137,000 in financial grants to 45 students, Dh100,000 to a prisoner assistance programme, and Dh208,451 to provide medical care to 20 patients. In addition, Dh50,000 went towards supporting the disabled and Dh10,000 was donated to social institutions in Umm Al Quwain.
