Dubai: Dubai-based Al Rawabi Dairy Company has won three prominent awards in a row in April due to supporting innovation and improving quality standards.
The company has been named the supreme winner for the ‘Golden Europe Award for Quality and Commercial Prestige’ in April in Berlin. It also received the ‘Food Security and Climate Change Innovation Award’ and ‘Farm Innovation Award-Animal Production’ at the Agra Middle East in April in Dubai.
“We are thrilled to receive the prestigious Awards. Being a UAE-based brand, winning not one, but three awards in the same week brings industry-wide recognition, which resonates far beyond the borders of our operations,” said Dr Ahmad Eltigani A. Rahim Al Mansouri, chief executive officer at Al Rawabi Dairy Company.
Due to their systematic approach to farm tours, public visits, commitment to local heritage and having a history of the best dairy practices around the world were other factors that boosted their win.
Al Rawabi has been growing by double digits since 2016. This boost is the result of strategic thinking, phased investments over the years, and innovation and commitment of the team. The company invested Dh125 million in order to expand its farm facilities and dairy cattle in 2013, and another Dh22 million in 2014, as part of its strategy to become a regional leader.
