Abu Dhabi: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, on Monday received at Al Bateen Palace Prince Al Hussain Bin Abdullah II, Crown Prince of Jordan.
Shaikh Mohammad and Prince Al Hussain Bin Abdullah exchanged greetings on the occasion of Ramadan.
Prince Al Hussain conveyed greetings of King Abdullah II of Jordan to President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and to Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed.
Shaikh Mohammad reciprocated the greetings and expressed his wishes of further progress and prosperity to the people of Jordan.
The meeting emphasised the strong fraternal ties between the UAE and Jordan and the keenness to enhance them in all domains.
Shaikh Mohammad and Prince Al Hussain had Iftar at Al Bateen Palace.
In attendance were Shaikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region, Shaikh Tahnoun Bin Mohammad Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Ruler`s Representative in Al Ain Region, Shaikh Nahyan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, Shaikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, other Shaikhs and senior officials.
