Dubai: The UAE will not spare any new method or tool that can help advance its drive for achievements and save time in meeting the aspirations of Emiratis.
His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, made these remarks when he visited the headquarters of Government Accelerators and the Model Centre for Government Services at Emirates Towers, alongside His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, on Tuesday.
Present were Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince; Shaikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs; and Shaikh Maktoum Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai.
Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid and Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed visited the Government Accelerators, which is currently aiming to work annually on 80 projects and programmes by setting up teams to address challenges and speed up the implementation of projects and programmes.
They also visited the Model Centre, which includes 14 government bodies utilising Watson Artificial Intelligence and smart robots to offer unprecedented personal services to customers.
Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid and Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed stressed the importance of integrating government services and developing them, describing such work as a national duty of high priority and a key step for achieving the best environment for living and investment in the UAE.
Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid said: “We are taking steps towards the future as one country, government and team. We want our services to be the best in the world. The keenness of Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed to visit the Government Accelerators and customer service centres, and following up on their development is a source of encouragement for all governmental teams to achieve the aspirations of our people.”
For his part, Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed said: “The UAE, under the leadership of President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and the follow-up of Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid, has boosted its march of development towards the future using advanced and innovative government work mechanisms.”
Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed reaffirmed that the UAE’s vision towards development and competitiveness is based on focusing on the quality and capability of its human cadres, because they are instrumental in achieving the UAE government’s ambitions for the future.
Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed pointed out that the vision of Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid in leading government work and customer satisfaction has put the UAE on the global stage.
