Dubai: The outcomes of Innovation Labs, that ended on Thursday are key in creating an environment of leisure and happiness for all segments of society, said Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council.
The Dubai Crown Prince said these outcomes are important for achieving goals of the Dubai Government, which are in line with the vision of His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
Shaikh Hamdan made the statement during a visit to the fourth edition of Innovation Labs, a two-day event organised by the General Secretariat of Dubai Executive Council.
Shaikh Hamdan said that all plans and initiatives revolve around the happiness of citizens, and making Dubai the best place to live and work as well as the top destination for visitors from around the world. He hailed the efforts of participants from the government, semi-government and private bodies in the Innovation Labs.
Shaikh Hamdan stressed the importance of presenting solutions that consolidate the status of Dubai and quickly achieve the targets of Dubai Plan 2021. “Innovation labs are considered a platform for experts and specialists, and its purpose is to eliminate obstacles and usher in a better future for citizens. The labs support our capabilities to provide more innovative ideas through interactive and specialised discussions,” said Shaikh Hamdan.
Shaikh Hamdan visited a number of labs where he was briefed on ideas and plans in various fields, such as real estate, health, human resources and art.
More than 200 experts and specialists participated in the fourth edition of Innovation Labs.
