Dubai: Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, and Shaikh Maktoum Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, on Monday visited the youth centre at Emirates Towers.
Shaikh Hamdan and Shaikh Maktoum were briefed about the services rendered by the centre to youth. Shaikh Hamdan participated in a workshop and interacted with the youth, and listened to a part of a meeting held by the youth with government and private bodies and universities.
Shaikh Hamdan then visited the studio, where he inspected the works of students specialising in the field of media. He praised the innovative spirit of youth through which they strive to convey the message of the UAE’s media to the rest of the world.
Shaikh Hamdan later met Mohammad Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs and the Future, and Shamma Suhail Faris Al Mazroui, Minister of State for Youth.
Present during the visit were Shaikh Ahmad Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation and Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, and Mohammad Ebrahim Al Shaibani, Director-General of Dubai Ruler’s Court.
