Abu Dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department and Abu Dhabi City Municipality (ADM) announced on Thursday the launch of their online link covering the Land and Properties Services sector at the municipality.

Official transactions will now be processed through a central reference number available for both parties, enabling interactive and other services for customers, while accessing joint real estate legal advice.

During the press conference at ADM premises in conjunction with the Judicial Department, a full presentation was made on the services included in the digital services platform.

Both bodies reviewed the implementation of the online link, and the practices aimed at delivering best-in-class services for achieving customer satisfaction and happiness.

The process aims to align the transaction processing according to the Abu Dhabi Government’s vision.

Adviser Yousef Saeed Al Abri, Undersecretary of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, said: “The commitment of the department to improve customer service stems from the directives of Shaikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Presidential Affairs, and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, to bring about a quantum shift in government performance process at all levels in line with Abu Dhabi Vision 2030.”

The online link between the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department and ADM aims to simplify procedures for both parties, verify the information, and save time and effort for all. It also provides an accurate, highly confidential database that can be used for transaction processing.
