Abu Dhabi: The Environment Agency - Abu Dhabi, in cooperation with the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Regional Office for West Asia (ROWA), will host the Regional Biodiversity Forum from May 7 to 9.

The first-of-its-kind forum in the GCC comes as part of the Abu Dhabi Government’s efforts to strengthen the emirate’s leadership role in the field of biodiversity conservation.

The forum, which will be held under the patronage of Shaikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region and Chairman of the Environment Agency - Abu Dhabi, will host a group of experts and researchers in the field of biodiversity from the region and around the world.
