Man dies in fall from 7th floor of Sharjah building
Police say that 36-year-old Pakistani fell from the 7th floor of a building on Muwaileh
Sharjah: A 36-year-old Pakistani man fell to his death from 7th floor of a building on Muwaileh area in Sharjah, according to police.
An official at Sharjah Police confirmed to Gulf News that the incident happened on Sunday at around 7.45pm.
The deceased was identified by his initials Z.A.S.S.R.
His brother told Gulf News that the incident occurred around iftar time and his brother fell unconscious and slipped from the balcony of his apartment.
The man was transferred to Al Qassimi hospital where he was admitted to the ICU at 8:30pm. He died at around 12:14pm.
The medical report indicated that the man suffered serious injuries and fractures in different parts of his body.
Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
