Mohammad urges service to society

Dubai:  His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, yesterday attended part of the Dubai Executive Council's meeting, which was chaired by Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the council.

Shaikh Mohammad urged the chairman and members of the council to concentrate their efforts on serving society and maintaining effective communication between various government bodies and all sectors of the society.

He wished the council success in achieving the nation's targets.

Initiative

Shaikh Hamdan launched an initiative called "Dubai Agenda for Social Partnership" to create a common base of interaction between government bodies and all segments of the society to enable everyone to contribute to achieving sustainable development and help build a strong economic, social, cultural and scientific nation.

During the meeting, attended by Shaikh Maktoum Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and first Deputy Chairman of the council discussed a number of topics and memorandums related to community service.
