Dubai: Shaikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler and UAE Minister of Finance, on Wednesday received the prestigious honorary fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (RCS).
The fellowship certificate was awarded to Shaikh Hamdan by RCS President Professor John Black during a ceremony held in Dubai.
Shaikh Hamdan expressed appreciation to RCS, saying that he was proud to be honoured by the world's most prominent medical institution.
Professor Black praised Shaikh Hamdan's efforts and initiatives in support of the medical and human sciences.
