Ramadan drink recipe: Lime and lavender tea

Ingredients

2 green teabags

4 sprigs of lavender, plus a few extra flowers to garnish

1 lime, sliced

1l water

4 sugared swizzle sticks

Method

1. Put the teabags, lavender and lime in a large teapot and pour over 1 litre of boiling water.

2. Leave to infuse for 4 minutes.

3. Pour the tea into four heatproof mugs and garnish with lavender flowers and sugared swizzle sticks.
