Drink recipe: Rose water lemonade

Refresh yourself with this simple, fragrant beverage

Ingredients

8 lemons

3 fragrant roses, petals only

1 cup simple syrup

2 tbsp rose water

Method

1. Juice six of the lemons and slice the rest. 

2. Layer up the sliced lemons and rose petals with four handfuls of ice in a large kilner jar or jug.

3. Stir the lemon juice, simple syrup and rose water into 450ml of cold water, then pour it into the jar. Serve immediately.
