Dubai: Whatever you expect from a Hrithik Roshan-led action franchise, War 2 delivers it at full throttle—explosive stunts, brooding close-ups, and those quintessential chest-thumping one-liners.

“Death before dishonour. Heroes will fall. Warriors will rise.” It’s not subtle, but it’s not meant to be.

Directed by Ayan Mukerji and perched as this summer’s ultimate blockbuster, War 2 goes bigger, louder, and bolder.

Hrithik returns as the ultra-stylish super spy Kabir, diving through fire, fighting in snowstorms, and walking in slow-mo like it's a martial art.

But here’s the real twist—enter the antagonist, played by Jr NTR of RRR fame. With his smouldering intensity and mass appeal, he’s not just a villain; he’s a force of reckoning. The trailer teases a thrilling face-off between two alpha males, both torn by purpose and pride. Expect a clash of titans, not just fists.

Also making a splash is Kiara Advani, who brings glamour and grit to the spy-verse, though the trailer keeps her role mostly under wraps—smart move, saving her punches for the big screen.

And did you know, Abu Dhabi makes quite a splash in the trailer. The scenes set against the gorgeous blue sea was shot at the Corniche and Yas Island neighbourhood. They shot for over 11 days for this segment and those action-filled scenes shine.

Packed with stylised action, a pounding background score, and visuals that scream event cinema, War 2 positions itself as the crown jewel in YRF’s spy universe.

If you’re looking for nuance or subtlety, look elsewhere. If you want high-octane action, smouldering heroes, and theatre-shaking spectacle—this trailer has you hooked.
