Abu Dhabi: Bollywood superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan created a buzz in Abu Dhabi on Thursday after making a surprise visit to the soon-to-open Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi, which officially opens its doors to the public this Saturday. The two icons, in the UAE for prior engagements, took an exclusive pre-opening tour of the museum, which is set to become one of the region’s most significant cultural and scientific institutions.

Shah Rukh Khan and Salman were welcomed by museum officials, who guided them through the state-of-the-art galleries showcasing ancient fossils, meteorites, and groundbreaking scientific narratives tracing the story of life on Earth.

The duo appeared deeply engaged as they explored the exhibits, with special interest in the museum’s centrepieces, including the world-famous Stan T. rex and the 7-billion-year-old Murchison meteorite.

Visitors and staff who caught a glimpse of the stars were thrilled, with several lucky fans managing quick selfies before the actors moved on with the guided tour. Their presence added star power to the museum’s final preparations ahead of its grand public opening.

The visit highlighted the strong cultural ties between Bollywood and the UAE, further heightening anticipation for the museum’s highly anticipated debut this weekend.
