Abu Dhabi: The Department of Transport (DoT) has announced a partial closure of Shaikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Road (E11) in Abu Dhabi for three days starting from Thursday.
The road will be closed from 8pm on Thursday to midnight on Saturday, the department said on its official Twitter handle.
The partial closure is after the Khalifa Industrial B towards Abu Dhabi on the motorway.
The department urged motorists to drive cautiously and abide by the traffic rules and regulations.
In another video message, the Abu Dhabi Police asked motorists to avoid using mobile phones while driving because it’s one of the major causes of road accidents in the emirate.
