Dubai’s wasl releases a further 190 units for lease

The Dubai based master-developer wasl properties has released Block A, which is phase two of its “wasl district”. The first phase was delivered on December last and had 166 units, all of which were leased within a week.

Block A will have one- to three-bedroom apartments ranging from 833 to 2,712 square feet. “Due to a high demand for quality residences within the area, we are now proud to deliver 190 additional units as part of the second phase,” said Zainab Mohammad, Chief Property Management and Marketing Officer at wasl properties.
