Ras Al Khaimah: UAE’s first gaming resort – the $5.1 billion Wynn Al Marjan Island resort in Ras Al Khaimah - set to open in early 2027, on Thursday unveiled the first look of its ultra-luxury offering, ‘Enclave’.

Situated at the pinnacle of the resort’s iconic 300-meter tower, Enclave will offer visitors "an unparalleled level of exclusivity and bespoke service with just 299 opulent suites."

Wynn Al Marjan Island resort secured the country's first gaming licence from UAE authorities last year. The ‘Enclave’, designed by Wynn Design and Development, according to the US company, has been developed to offer its guests extra privacy, featuring a separate entrance and lobby.

Royal apartments

Reaching the suites via private elevators, there are no more than 15 rooms per floor. The suites will be decorated in calm colours, with sizes ranging from 75 sqm to 1,500 sqm for the two-story Royal Apartments. Internationally renowned designers Anouska Hempel (London) and Pinto Design (Paris) collaborated with Wynn Design and Development to design the Royal Apartments.

This ‘destination within a destination’ aims to redefine luxury hospitality in Ras Al Khaimah, focusing on intimacy, privacy, and intuitive service.

The Nasdaq Global-listed Wynn Resorts – owner and operator of the Wynn Las Vegas and Wynn Macau – has been constructing an Integrated Resort, Wynn Al Marjan Island, in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. It is set to open in 2027.

Exquisite designs

The suites, according to the developer, will offer a residential feel with bespoke amenities, including dual in-room pantries stocked with tailored AM and PM provisions, according to a company statement. Wynn said deep consideration has been given to important cultural sensitivities and preferences of its global clients.

A highlight of the Enclave experience is the private reserve pool and beach along the resort’s eastern edge, offering stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and nightly sunsets. Three pools, private cabanas, and beach bungalows provide options for both secluded relaxation and family gatherings, with dedicated beach butlers offering on-demand dining service.

Enclave will also feature an exclusive restaurant serving breakfast solely to its guests, transforming into a vibrant Lebanese culinary destination for lunch and dinner. A private Lobby Lounge with an outdoor veranda will offer morning coffee, afternoon tea, accompanied by a petit menu from the Lebanese restaurant.

“Wynn Resorts’ passion for launching Enclave for the first time provided us the opportunity to deliver an experience unlike anything that exists in this region of the world: the challenge has been to build upon our expertise in creating intimacy within grandeur and to redefine the integrated resort experience,” said Todd-Avery Lenahan, President & Chief Creative Officer of

Wynn Al Marjan Island, spanning over 60 hectares, will also include 1,217 resort rooms, four garden townhomes, and 10 marina estates, alongside 22 dining and entertainment venues, an opulent spa, a shopping promenade, and a marina for superyachts. Construction is on schedule, with the spire expected to reach its peak in late 2025.
