Emaar Hospitality unveils beachfront hotel

DUBAI: Emaar Hospitality Group on Monday unveiled its first beachfront project, The Address Jumeirah Resort and Spa in Dubai Marina.

The 290m-tall hotel overlooking Ain Dubai (Dubai Eye) will feature 182 rooms and suites, 100m of beachfront, a spa and three swimming pools, including an infinity pool. It will be managed by The Address Hotels and Resorts, one of three brands run by Emaar’s hospitality and leisure arm.

Freehold and serviced apartments at the site will be offered for sale.
