Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group signs new projects in Saudi

Dubai: Global hotel group, Carlson Rezidor, headquartered in Minneapolis and Brussels said on Sunday it has signed five new projects in Saudi Arabia. The group aims to increase its presence in the Kingdom to 22 hotels, including the its core brands, Radisson Blu and Park Inn by Radisson. The deal includes the addition of three Radisson Blu hotels and residences located in Jeddah, a Park Inn by Radisson in the nation’s capital, Riyadh, along with a Park Inn by Radisson in Dammam. The company said in a statement that its focus is on key cities such as Riyadh and Jeddah, which will allow the group to play a major role in the development of Saudi’s growing travel and tourism sector.
