Emaar Industries picks up stake in Gutmann Systems M.E.

Gutmann specialises in aluminium glazing systems and has a regional project profile

Emaar Industries & Investments (EII) has acquired a stake in Gutmann Systems Middle East, a provider of architectural aluminium glazing systems. Details on the actual stake and investment size have not been disclosed.

“The strategic partnership with EII will be a gamechanger for our operations in the region, as we continue to grow our footprint and business,” said Nael Afieh, Managing Director of Gutmann Systems. “Across the region, there are significant investments in infrastructure development. We aim to build long-term value through this association and look forward to the informed guidance and strategic support of EII in boosting our growth.”

Gutmann Systems has been associated with projects such as the Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa in Dubai, Mixed Tower Developments in Dubai Marina & Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai Creek Harbour, the Makkah Royal Clock Tower in Makkah, and Point A in Beirut.
