Dubai: The Turkish developer Aşçıoğlu will be marketing a tower project located in Deyaar’s Midtown development in Dubai. It will also be the first time the former is using its prestige property brand Selenium on an overseas venture. (In Istanbul, it owns the Selenium Twin Towers.) The co-branded Dubai project will be located in the Dania District of Midtown and follows a MoU signed between the two companies — Aşçıoğlu and Deyaar — in June last. Dania is the second phase to be constructed of the 1.2 million square feet master-development.

Midtown is located in Dubai Production City, close to the Jebel Ali port and Al Maktoum International Airport.

“We set out with the objective of making “Selenium” a world brand,” said Yasser Aşçıoğlu, Chairman of Aşçıoğlu Group. “After Istanbul, we chose Dubai. Thanks to Midtown by Deyaar, we have brought a prominent Turkish housing brand, Selenium, abroad for the first time.”

According to Saeed Al Qatami, CEO of the Dubai developer, “With nearly half a century of experience in real estate development, Aşçıoğlu was a natural choice of partner for Deyaar. We can be sure our customers in Turkey will receive a high quality end-to-end experience.”
