Dubai: Saudi developer Tanmiyat is to award a Dh600 million construction contract to construct six towers as part of its “Living Legends” project in Dubailand.
Delta International Real Estate is Tanmiyat’s exclusive commercial partner managing commercial operations.
The announcement follows the appointment of Beijing Emirates Contracting to complete two buildings in Living Legends and one tower near Dubai Water Canal last year.
The latest contract will bring a contractor on board to complete the six buildings in 2019. “We have made minor changes to the buildings’ façade, matching the market trends and bringing more attractive designs to our clients,” said Abdul Aziz Al Majid, Tanmiyat’s spokesman.
