Dubai: A freehold residential development has been launched in Jebel Ali Free Zone.

The project owner, Azizi, says it will be 'one of the few residential properties in JAFZA'.

Prices start from Dh505,000 for a studio and go up to Dh4.8 million for a duplex three-bedroom units.

The launch comes even as the wider Jebel Ali area sees new residential options opening up. Plus, there is also the attraction of being near the Al Maktoum International Airport.

The project, called 'Azizi Abraham', will have a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. When it comes to project features, there will be rooftop infinity pools, a cinema, as well as landscaped jogging and cycling tracks.

"With over 100 Fortune Global 500 companies in close proximity, the project caters to professionals and families seeking modern living at the heart of opportunity," the developer said in a statement.

Launch date has been set for August 7.

The wider Jebel Ali area has been seeing heavy activity when it comes to new builds. Of course, the big is offshore - the Palm Jebel Ali.
