Nakheel targets European investors through German joint venture

Dubai: Nakheel is targeting new European investors through its joint venture partnership with German real estate brokerage firm Engel & Völkers, according to company statement on Wednesday.

Ali Rashid Lootah, Nakheel’s chairman, and a team of senior managers will showcase Nakheel’s Dubai developments and meeting potential new investors at property exhibition Expo Real in Munich, taking place October 5-7, and other locations.

Nakheel signed its joint venture with the Hamburg-based firm in January this year, creating a new company that sells and leases land and properties across the emirate.
