Limitless Vietnamese project takes step forward

Dubai: Limitless’ delay plagued Halong Star project in Vietnam has been issued an investment certificate by the Quang Ninh state.

The certificate of investment allows Limitless to legally move forward with the joint venture, with infrastructure work expected to begin later this year, according to a company statement.

However, according to Limitless 2007 press release, construction work on the project began back seven years ago at a ceremony attended by when Limitless executives and Vietnamese officials.
