Limitless signs deal with Vietnam government

Dubai: Dubai developer Limitless said on Monday that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Vietnamese government for the implementation of Halong Star, the mixed-use residential and tourism project in Vietnam’s Halong Bay.

Last month, Limitless had announced its new joint venture partner for Halong Star: Hanoi-based Sovico Holdings.

Halong Star’s masterplan includes homes, retail facilities and a hotel, all overlooking the Unesco World Heritage Site of Halong Bay on Vietnam’s north-east coast.
