“Maryam Island benefits from a prime location as it is situated between two lagoons and on the Arabian Gulf, just minutes away from Sharjah downtown and very close to Dubai Airport and the Sharjah ring road. The project is unique because anyone residing on the island will find themselves close to everything they need. It will give expats access to a 100-year lease while allowing Arabs to own their homes.” Eagle Hills Sharjah is a joint venture between Shurooq and Eagle Hills, the Abu Dhabi-based private developer.
