New low-rise community offers sustainable, wellness-driven living near Al Wasl Plaza

Dubai: Expo City Dubai has announced the launch of Expo Valley Views, its newest residential community within the wider Expo Valley district, further strengthening the city’s position as a growing urban hub for sustainable living.
The development features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments spread across eight low-rise buildings designed to create a terraced skyline that mirrors mountain landscapes. Set amid landscaped green spaces and water features, the project blends wellness, sustainability and contemporary design, continuing Expo City Dubai’s transformation into a vibrant residential destination.
Expo Valley Views has been designed as a walkable neighbourhood with extensive shading and social spaces. The community will offer amenities including horse trails, yoga decks, fitness studios, multiple pools, children’s play areas and cafés, all designed to promote balance and social interaction among residents.
Environmental sustainability is embedded throughout the development, with the use of native plant species, smart irrigation, water reuse systems, and responsibly sourced materials. The project aligns with Expo City’s sustainability and decarbonisation strategy, supporting the UAE’s Net Zero 2050 Strategy, National Investment Strategy 2031, and the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33).
“The launch of this exciting project comes amid robust demand for our many other residential developments and reflects an exceptionally confident outlook for future growth, with Expo City Dubai, a hub on the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, playing a central role in the area’s increasing popularity, fuelled by the expansion of Dubai Exhibition Centre and Al Maktoum International Airport," said Ahmed Al Khatib, Chief Development and Delivery Officer at Expo City Dubai.
Located just minutes from Al Wasl Plaza, Terra, and the city’s cultural and business hubs, Expo Valley Views offers residents both tranquillity and convenience. The community forms part of Expo City Dubai’s integrated master plan, which is positioning the area as a cornerstone of Dubai’s urban future under the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.
Its proximity to Al Maktoum International Airport, set to become the world’s largest aviation hub, and the expanding Dubai Exhibition Centre adds to its strategic appeal.
