Abu Dhabi: Habtoor Leighton Specon and Drake & Scull Engineering announced their agreement to jointly deliver the Dh395 million mechanical, electrical and plumbing contract on the Jewel of the Creek Package 8 complex.
The package forms a significant part of the Dh4 billion Jewel of the Creek project being developed by Dubai International Real Estate.
Package 8 consists of five hospitality buildings with between 15 and 19 floors, as well as featuring a hotel and serviced apartment buildings, a ballroom and an attached dining outlet, and a marina, among other features.
