Dubai: Developer Deyaar has announced the completion of its second 2018 project, The Atria residential tower, Dubai’s in Business Bay.
The 30-floor tower features 219 residential units, including one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom duplexes and two four-bedroom penthouses.
Its associated 31-floor hotel apartment tower features 347 hotel apartments.
Saeed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar, said, “The Atria is poised to become an iconic building, taking its place among the prestigious towers that Dubai’s skyline is composed of.”
Deyaar’s first completed project was the Mont Rose in Dubai Sicence Park. The developer handed over the development’s two residential towers in April.
